AU: Robin and Killian are brothers, but Robin’s men do not trust Killian. After a heist gone wrong, they tell Robin to get rid of Killian believing him to be a spy. If Robin does not persuade him to leave, the men will take matters into their own hands.
“My men think it’s time you left,” Robin stated, looking uncomfortable. Killian feigned offense, waiting for Robin to continue but when he did not Hook’s expression became stern.
“So, am I left to fiend for myself? After all I’ve done for you, and your men?” Killian asked in disbelief.
“Yes, and you can,” came Robin’s reply.
“Of course I can. That’s all I’ve ever had to do, but somehow I thought this time it was different.”
Robin looked away, knowing very well how Killian felt with this sudden betrayal. It wasn’t his choice, but his men outnumbered him and he’d rather have Hook leave alive.
“I thought we were brothers,” Killian said, after Robin didn’t say anything.
“We are brothers, which is why I am warning you.”
